North Cheam

£40,701.00-£62,785.00 per year

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our private client in North Cheam. You will work 4 days a week across 39 weeks per year during school term time and INSET, with an additional 6 weeks of holiday to be taken during school closure periods. As an integral part of our team, you will focus on providing high-quality occupational therapy services for children aged 9 to 17 with emotional, social, and mental health difficulties.

Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy assessments and provide effective management, treatment, and advice.

Plan, deliver, and evaluate therapy treatment programs as outlined in the child’s EHCP.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and multi-agency teams, contributing to meetings, consultations, joint assessments, reviews, and staff training.

Requirements:

Dip COT, BSc, or MSc in Occupational Therapy.

HCPC and BAOT registration.

Previous experience in a special school setting or CAMHS service.

Focus on assessment, diagnosis, and implementing strategies to improve educational outcomes.

Sensory Integration trained
