Job description

What we are looking for:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, motivated Office Manager to become part of our team at Larks Hill Junior & Infant School. We are looking for someone with a proactive 'can-do' attitude and a passion for doing whatever it takes. Beyond that, we are looking for an individual who demonstrates the potential to excel in their role.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a first point of contact for school leaders in delivering and co-ordinating activities that support teaching and learning activities, alongside overseeing the reception, administration, and reprographics service within the school, ensuring that all functions provide effective and efficient support. This is a 19 hours per week, term time plus 2.5 days, permanent contract, equating to 192.5 days per annum. The role is two and a half days per week, actual working days and hours are to be agreed.
