Overview:

As a part of our client's People Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that they have the right people in the right roles with the right skills to deliver on their vision. They provide leadership, expert advice, and support throughout the employment lifecycle to enable their colleagues to excel in their roles. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment where agility, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure are critical to success.

They are on the lookout for a talented and experienced ER Manager (Internal job title People Experience Manager) to join their dynamic People Team. As the ER Manager, you will partner with the Leadership team, providing expert advice and guidance on people-related issues. Your role will involve managing employee relations casework, supporting and leading people projects, and empowering line managers to take ownership of their people, performance, development, and wellbeing.
