Salary: £48,000 per annum

Our client, a well-established care home based in Bolton, is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Home Manager to lead their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.
- Leading and managing a team of care staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Developing and implementing care plans and policies in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Managing budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home or similar setting, with at least 5 years of experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and staff.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the care sector.
