Your new company
As the Estimator for our client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our roofing projects by providing accurate cost estimates, monitoring project costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Your expertise in cost control will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Your new role
· Prepare cost estimates and budgets for our projects
· Monitor project costs throughout the construction process, identify cost-saving opportunities and recommended values
· Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders
· Prepare and submit measured works applications
· Establish internal process and management tools to increase project delivery and efficiency
· Ensure Tenders are followed up with and submitted
· Planning and procurement of materials

What you\'ll need to succeed
You\'ll need to have to be successful is proven track record as an Estimator. Strong knowledge of roofing methods, materials and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and strong communications skills. You must be competent in Microsoft packages.

What you\'ll get in return
You\'ll have a salary of £40,00k - £45,000k depending on previous experience. Car allowance & company pension contribution. 20 days\' holiday + Bank Holidays. There are more company benefits they offer, get in touch to find out more.
