Jonathan Lee Recruitment is seeking a Head of Tuning Sales to join our client, a well respected supplier of tuning parts for the supercar sector. This full–time Head of Tuning Sales hybrid role is based in Egham and offers an attractive salary and benefits package, including the chance to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Head of Tuning Sales will be responsible for all tuning parts sales to customers including high–net–worth, entrepreneurial and aspirational individuals.

If you were already in this Head of Tuning Sales role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

• Maintaining and developing the tuning customer base both retail and trade
• Delivering a market–leading customer service experience from start to finish on all tuning sale installs
• Presenting customers with solutions and appropriate costings for tuning parts ranging from exhausts, brakes, wheels and trim (external and internal) for their performance and luxury cars
• Working with the marketing team to maintain, update, improve and develop the online tuning product catalogue

To apply for this Head of Tuning Sales role, you will ideally be degree qualified and have technical competence in car components, likely gained in a parts or aftermarket role, preferably for specialist marques. You will also require:

• An adaptable personality
• The ability to manage relationships from High Net Worth customers to sub–contracted workshops
• An in–depth knowledge of the supercar sector
• A deep passion for the high–end vehicle market
