Lichfield Arts strives to give everyone in and around Lichfield the opportunity to create, experience and be inspired by music and the arts. Help us fund our activities by securing corporate sponsorship from local businesses.
What will you be doing?The role will involve:
Initially the role will focus on corporate fundraising for our July 2024 Fuse Festival, which is our largest event and is an immediate priority. The role will subsequently broaden out to encompass corporate fundraising across the whole organisation.
In undertaking the role you will need to:
The work is expected to comprise a combination of desk-based activities (including for researching potential businesses, devising corporate sponsorship collateral, handling emails and phone calls) and some face-to-face work (including internal team meetings and meetings with potential corporate sponsors).
What are we looking for?You will need to have at least 3 years' professional experience of fundraising, ideally including the securing of sponsorship from businesses and other organisations.
You will need to show:
Your inputs will deliver an essential element of our overall fundraising income upon which our organisation is dependent. Without this income we simply couldn't stage the amazing concerts, festivals and outreach projects that we have been delivering consistently over the past 50 years.
