Job description
Zenith People are working with our client to recruit a Marketing Campaigns Lead to join their fantastic marketing, comms and events team on a fixed term basis until May 2025. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will lead acquisition campaigns aligning sales and marketing efforts, to grow their membership base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing end-to-end digital campaigns, to deliver ROI. As the marketing campaigns lead, you’ll play a key role in interpreting information and analytics to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage end-to end digital marketing campaigns, nurturing leads though the sales funnel, ensuring timeliness, effective budgeting, and alignment with their membership growth plans
- Collaborate with internal departments to co-ordinate the creation of digital content
- Optimizing marketing efforts ensuring that content resonates with the target audience and drives conversions
- Manage paid and organic social media campaigns, through LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, monitoring ROI and KPIs
- Drive other digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, website, email marketing and other channels
- Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for lead nurturing processes and member acquisition, utilising marketing automations
- Support continuous improvement of our membership acquisition strategy, working closely with their business development & operations analyst
- Champion social media usage among the wider team to elevate visibility and engagement across various digital platforms
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, where required to support member acquisition
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a senior marketing professional, with strong individual leadership and communications skills
- Ability to manage internal relationships and expectation across various levels of experience and seniority
- Experience in implementing and managing end-to-end digital campaigns, to deliver ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of paid LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies
- Data-led experience with proficiency in marketing analytics
- Attention to detail and experience delivering operational excellence
- IT skills including knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc.)
- Full time use of a vehicle and a full UK driving license
