About the role

We need someone who can help us to maintain a high-quality and solution-focused technical support service within our dynamic technical and change management team.

In this role, you will:  

  • Provide seamless transitions to Google Workspace Services from clients' previous systems
  • Provide a high-quality and solution-focused technical support service to all clients.
  • Provide expertise across the business

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Carrying out all technical aspects of migrating users to Google Workspace
  • Carry out all technical aspects of Google Workspace related project work
  • Carry out technical elements of change management projects for customers’ accounts in their transition to Google Workspace
  • Ensure customers’ needs are met and help to manage the help desk to support our clients
  • Provide technical expertise in Transformation Workshops
  • Provide Technical support to our sales team with technology workshops for customers
  • Demonstrate strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills with the ability to coach junior colleagues
  • Have strong documentation skills and be able to articulate technical aspects to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Commit to CPD

 
You will need

To excel in this position, you need to bring the following skills: 

Key Essentials :

  • Exposure and experience of Google Workspace Administration
  • Google Workspace Apps
  • Experience with helpdesk software

Nice to have but not essential :

  • Asana
  • Google Workspace Deployment Services Credential
  • Chrome Enterprise Deployment Credential
  • Professional Collaboration Engineer Certification
  • Google Workspace Admin Certification
  • Google Apps Script
  • GAM
  • GCP

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on skills and experience)
