Responsibilities: As a Maintenance and Operations Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations activities during designated shifts. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising a team of maintenance and operations staff.

• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Qualifications:

• City and Guilds Level 3 in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 18th Edition
• HVAP desireable but not essential
• Proven experience in maintenance and operations, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Technical expertise in building systems and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
