A lovely client of Imperial Nannies seeks an Overseas Live-in Nanny based in Colorado, USA to join their family long term. The job will consist of caring for their 2 children B8 and G9 for a mixture of both sole and shared charge. The successful nanny will be responsible for taking the children to their after school and weekend activities, food shopping and helping prep their dinner. You will be assisting them with their homework, all child related tidying and supporting the parents with babysitting when they occasionally need to come back later in the evening. Flexibility is key as the family travel a lot, therefore, someone who is open to travel is essential. Travel includes going to Miami (during the summer and holiday seasons) as well as Europe very occasionally. Hours are 11am – 7pm with later starts and finishes as and when the parents need, this is given in advance and is only when they are going to be late back. My clients are very flexible with the start and finish time, and will be happy to change this for the right nanny – they fundamentally need support for when the children finish school at 15:30. Days are ideally to include the weekend with Monday and Tuesday off, or one day off in the week and one day at the weekend. My clients have stated they can also set up a system where it is one weekend working, and one off. They ensure flexibility and fairness and for the Nanny to be able to have her time off and explore! You will be provided with a private room with en-suite. My client has a requested Norland trained; however, she will consider non-Norland for the right candidate for their family. Benefits to this role include a free ski pass! Their home is in a popular ski resort, close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment establishments. You will need to be a driver as the grocery store is not within walking distance. A car will be provided, and this can be used in your free time as well. The successful candidate ideally must hold a working visa for the USA or have a dual or American passport. Salary on offer is negotiable starting at £1200pwn.
