One of the leading Property Litigation teams in the London area is looking to bolster its existing offering by taking on a new senior-level Property Litigation Associate Solicitor.

You will be joining a modern and dynamic firm that is highly regarded by the legal directories for its work in many areas, with Property Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate being ranked as 1st Tier. The firm also prides itself on excellent staff retention levels and a genuinely tightknit team environment.

The Role:

The work you will be involved in is of particularly good quality. You will be focusing largely on commercial matters, with disputes arising from leases but also transactions of properties and land. The team also deals with portfolio management of residential and retail units as well as infrastructure projects at national levels.

As theAssociate Solicitor you will :

• Have a strong academic record including a 2:1 or better, having trained/worked with another well-regarded team
• Be a qualified Solicitor with 6 or more years of PQE
