TTM are a Tier 1 provider specialising in providing top-quality healthcare professionals to support the Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI).
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and support to our clients in various healthcare settings. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the HSCNI, where your skills and dedication will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Supporting patients with their daily activities
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Communicating effectively with the healthcare team
- Providing emotional and psychological support to patients
- Qualifications:
- Eligibility for registration with NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council)
- Experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a healthcare setting
- Relevant qualifications (Band 2 or Band 3)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and empathy
- Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts
