Overview:
Responsible for driving process excellence fostering a culture of continuous improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance organisational efficiency. Specifically accountable for process optimisation and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams toward operational excellence.
Role & Responsbilities:
Process Optimization:
Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements through data analysis feedback collection and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Change Management:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering awareness and enthusiasm for change within the organization.
Implement change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate with departmental heads and crossfunctional teams to understand business processes identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and insights from various stakeholders.
Performance Metrics:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of continuous improvement initiatives.
Regularly assess and report on the performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for further improvement.
Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Provide guidance and support to teams as they implement new processes and workflows.
Technology Integration:
Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support process automation and optimisation.
Stay informed about emerging technologies that can contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Project Management:
Lead crossfunctional teams in the planning execution and monitoring of continuous improvement projects.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and meet quality standards.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in continuous improvement process optimization or operational excellence
Experience working in a Contact Centre environment preferably with 3rd partner outsource providers
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional teams.
Proficient in the use of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Project management certification is advantageous.
Desirable Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field
