Job description

This role will have a focus around the clinical governance of the service. This will include but is not exhaustive to: Supporting the delivery of an integrated approach to patient care across all professions in the local area. Identifying and addressing areas of clinical development across the service. Providing training from their own area of expertise. Managing the performance of staff. Managing complex issues in the care of patients such as safeguarding risks or self neglect. Ensuring safe staffing levels are in place Supporting the wellbeing of staff. Deputising in the absence of the Team Leader and Clinical Lead Deputising in the absence of the Team Leader Facilitating effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as other neighbourhood teams or GP Practice staff. This role would suit an individual with leadership experience and a dynamic mindset regarding how the service can best meet it's current and future objectives.
