Job Description
- Identifying and targeting potential customers to drive sales.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Working collaboratively with the Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing expert product knowledge and advice to customers.
- Implementing and monitoring sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management.
- Identifying market trends and competitor activity.
- Contributing to the development of marketing and sales initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales/Customer Relationship Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer relationship role within the Life Science industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
