Job description
The Operations Transformation group collaborate with various business functions to develop, standardise, and deploy new manufacturing technologies that improve John Crane’s ability to deliver value for customers. Applications include automation, process standardisation, advanced CNC machining, 3D printing, digitisation and others Industry 4.0 technologies.
Within this group and reporting to the global process owner structure, the visual factory engineer will be responsible for integrating standardised ways of working into Visual Factory system. Ensuring that the system accurately reflects and supports the defined processes.
The role is based at our center of excellence in Slough with a global scope, requiring more than 10% travel.
After initial training, there is the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week.
