Job description

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair's entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 series aircraft, at our Hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, (PIK) Ayrshire, Scotland.

As we continue to expand our operation, we are looking for experienced B1/B2 licenced Engineers, Aircraft mechanics and Sheet metal Workers to join the team.

Our Recruitment and Engineering team will be hosting an open day at the Glynhill Hotel in Renfrew on Thursday the 29th of February 2024.

Requirements

B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers

Applicants will ideally hold an EASA B1/B2 license and UK B1/B2 CAA license preferably with a Boeing 737 – 800 type rating.

Applicants with a UK CAA (under appendix iv) will also be considered Applicants with an EASA licence (Euro craft only) are also considered.

Must have extensive live aircraft maintenance experience, preferably hangar based. Previous experience on B737-800 is highly desirable .

Aircraft Mechanics

Must have extensive live aircraft maintenance experience, preferably hangar based.

Previous maintenance experience on B737-800 is highly desirable.

Experienced in all zones on the aircraft.

Avionic Aircraft Mechanic

Must have extensive live aircraft maintenance experience, preferably hangar based.

Previous maintenance experience on B737-800 is highly desirable.

Experienced in all zones on the aircraft.

Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.

Aircraft Sheet Metal Workers

Previous Aircraft Repairs Experience.

Aircraft material experience, knowledge of 2024 & 7075 materials.
