Expanding their well-established BIM team with a BIM Coordinator who will be located in heart of Central London on a hybrid (3-2 basis). You will be employed as a project based BIM Coordinator working on a range of masterplan, aviation and education projects both in the UK and Internationally.
This is a leading AJ100 firm whose work often features in the Architectural press worldwide. As a BIM Coordinator, you'll lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge BIM processes and tools for our aviation projects in Central London. You'll be at the forefront of transforming ideas into reality, coordinating 3D models, and ensuring the seamless collaboration of multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards and best practices (e.g., COBie IFC)
- Familiarity with clash detection and coordination workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
