Job Description and Qualifications

The Central Account Manager is responsible for a geographically designated portfolio of customers with the aim to achieve pricing, growth and margin improvement targets in line with the business’s overall EBITDA objectives working within the Eastern Speciality Gases Region  covering the UK customer base.
Ensuring account plans (for agreed Customers) are in place to develop individual account strategies for short, medium and long term partnerships and growth opportunities.  
Identifying and retaining At Risk Customers within the portfolio, managing portfolio to increase contract penetration whilst maintaining profitability
Adherence to Account Management Activities including proactive management of price, call report activity and call rates, business rules and commercial terms. Identifying and driving growth opportunities within existing accounts, including - cross-selling and up-selling.
Responsible for complaint management (disputes) for all portfolio customers for pricing disputes and coordination of other issues facilitating between other department including credit control, customer services, asset or order management Interact and coordinate with external commercial teams (primarily Regional Commercial Team, EAMs, and associated Commercial Management Organization) and all other relevant departments to ensure a one team approach is used to resolve customer opportunities and issues Attend and complete job related and mandatory training as required
