Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

I'm currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial management of our client's projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clear and concise measurement, valuations, variations, and the preparation and submission of interim and final accounts. You will also play a key role in developing business opportunities and implementing their business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project finances and commercial aspects
• Prepare and agree on interim and final accounts
• Produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and monitor cash collection
• Assist in business development activities
• Provide regular and accurate reporting to senior management

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Thorough understanding of construction techniques and costs
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or membership of a relevant professional body
• Clear understanding of contractual obligations and legal regulations
• Knowledge of procurement options and construction estimating software
