Their key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
• Mixing, or supervising our apprentices/trainees, to correctly mix the right
amount cement to the desired consistency.
• Applying and smoothing one (sometimes more) coats of plaster to produce a
smooth surface either by using hand tools or mechanical spray.
• Measuring, cutting and installing plaster boards to walls.
• Preparing and pouring liquid cement into cast moulds for ornamental work as
per our client’s requests.
• Covering and sealing any holes/joints between the plaster boards and expertly
finish the surface.
• Ensuring that surface levels are straight by using a spirit level and straight edge.
• Constantly providing excellent customer service and escalating any complaints or
concerns to senior management.
