We're seeking a motivated CRM Senior Marketing Manager to lead our innovative customer engagement initiatives, driving loyalty and enhancing experiences across all touchpoints.
Your Mission:
As the CRM Senior Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge CRM strategies. Your focus will be on enhancing customer lifetime value, engagement, average order value (AOV), and retention for both brands.
Your Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy: Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate customer engagement and satisfaction, aligning with our ambitious business goals.
- Data Mastery: Leverage first-party data to its fullest potential, identifying key segments, behaviors, and insights to continuously refine our CRM KPIs.
- Channel Expertise: Utilize your expertise in key CRM channels (email, SMS, letters, phone outreach) to support multi-channel campaigns, collaborating closely with marketing colleagues.
- Email Marketing: Oversee end-to-end email communications, from planning and segmentation to delivery and performance analysis.
- Tech Savvy: Manage relationships with CRM tools like DotDigital, overseeing our data tech stack and employing technical skills to build customer communications.
- Analytics Mastery: Set and analyse SMART metrics, ensuring constant improvement in CRM effectiveness and measuring the success of campaigns.
- Collaboration Champion: Collaborate extensively across departments, fostering communication with key stakeholders, IT, senior leadership, and our Dedicated Patient Support team.
- Compliance Leader: Ensure data compliance and privacy regulations, advocating for GDPR governance within the business.

Essential Requirements:

- Extensive experience with DotDigital and PowerBI
- Proficiency in building effective marketing content across CRM channels
- Setting and measuring CRM-specific KPIs
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email campaign creation
- Expertise in analytical tools like Google Analytics
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Optix and Auditdata
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries
