The Global Mobility Project Manager helps support this mission statement at a strategic level. Working closely with the Head of Global Mobility providing support on objectives, policy development, project support, development, and implementation.
Your responsibilities
- Global responsibility for the overall alignment and implementation of the GM process in the current operating model including the change management responsibilities for GM in various projects.
- Lead KPI deliverables for GM
- Hold main accountabilities for GM assignment management tool
- Lead Workday integration with assignment management tool
- Direct super-users as needed in relation to assignment management tool
- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
- Plan and manage project goals and project schedules.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
- Communicate with team and customers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and various training as needed
- Manage a team of direct reports with different projects and deliverables
Your background
- A Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing global mobility matters or in HR.
- A strong knowledge of global mobility issues including immigration, tax, policy development, cross-border working, compensation practice, benefit management and issue resolution. Minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Adequate experience to be able to operate at a senior level and influence key stakeholders.
- Good IT skills and the ability to manipulate data to report on trends and common themes, minimum 10 years’ experience.
- Should be comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
- Good organizational, planning, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and priorities workload.
- Delivery focused and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages preferable
