Nexus People are looking for Call Centre Agents to work in Bury. This is a permanent opportunity for the right person.
If you are motivated to succeed, reliable and you have a positive attitude with previous experience (at least 6 months) working in any type of sales, this is the perfect position for you.
The Role:
Working as an outbound Call Centre Agent, you will be:
- Conducting outbound sales calls
- Conducting "fact finds" with potential customers
- Building relationships with new customers
- Providing qualified leads
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will be able to use appropriate questioning, language and soft skills effectively. You will have the ability to build rapport and gain trust in order to convert your calls into strong leads.
