We are actively recruiting for a utilities supplier in Northern Ireland and are seeking dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager to join our high performing team. Your profile
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to construct and nurture a sales team capable of achieving targets.
- Set and assess performance indicators to ensure delivery, growth, and motivation.
- Generate and deliver results.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, adjusting sales approaches to maximize income.
- Contribute to refining the current sales process, including scripts and follow-up communication methods.
- Work with the Account Management team, providing feedback and contributing to forecasting.
- Enhance the value of the existing customer portfolio with a focus on improving recurring revenue.
- Maintain accurate and timely revenue forecasts.
- Critical success factors include sales revenue from new and existing accounts, gross profit margin, and customer satisfaction.
Who you are: - Experience in growing and managing a successful sales team.
- Telecommunications industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrable experience meeting individual and team targets in a sales environment.
- An inspiring and engaging manager with refined coaching and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Genuine desire to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
