Key Responsibilities
Lead audit assignments, including planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits
Prepare financial statements and tax returns
Manage multiple client relationships, ensuring high levels of service are maintained
Supervise and mentor junior staff, including review of their work
Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and regulations
Contribute to business development and growth activities of the firm

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and Auditing Standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
