Job description
A very exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to join St Helens Recovery Team as a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner (SNP)
This role is specifically to support our routine pathway, within Recovery Team. You will work alongside experienced Recovery Team colleagues, to undertake and complete assessments of need, to help determine the most appropriate pathways and interventions required for service users longer term care.
The role will also see you offer short term interventions, to support safe and effective transition in/out of the service.
Our Team is a highly regarded, well led service, providing excellent care, treatment and support to adults with significant mental health needs, within the borough of St Helens.
This is a full time, permanent post. You will have opportunities to further develop in this role and broaden your experience, knowledge and skills. You will receive ongoing support and supervision as part of this role, working as part of a Team of assessors, with senior Clinical oversight and support.
Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within a community setting is important.
Our office hours are currently Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm. Our office base is Harry Blackman House, St Helens.
