We have a unique opportunity for a Site Manager working with an established contractor in Cardiff

The Project is a CAT A and B Fit out. You will be responsible for managing the whole site and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Manager must have :

• Have Fit Out experience
• Have experience in delivering CAT A and B Fit outs
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Have MEP experience
