The Role: The firm is now looking to expand its award-winning, Legal 500-ranked Employment team with an ambitious Employment Senior Associate 4+ PQE.
The role will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as:
- Busy caseload of employment matters
- Representing tribunal hearings in; TUPE, Redundancy, Discrimination, Unfair Dismissal
- Client communications and advice in contentious and non-contentious matters
- Supporting, mentoring and coaching more junior members of staff
- Contributing to the overall business development plan of the department

Requirements: - You will be an Employment Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE
- Have gained experience across contentious & non-contentious Employment matters
- A Self-Starter and able to work independently whilst also wishing to grow the department and build up the more junior members of staff
