Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to support the management and execution of projects throughout the full project life cycle from initiation to closeout. The projects will include a diverse mix of capital and expense projects on Process, Utilities and Automation/IT (AIT) systems. The successful candidate will have frequent exposure to senior management as they execute projects that shape overall strategy and transform the site into a best-in-class Biopharmaceutical facility
Responsibilities Responsibailities:
- To coordinate delivery of CR4 and MP2 project scope with business stakeholders and facility designers on delivery of agreed scope
- Support CAPEX director with contractor management and EHS responsibilities on CR4 and MP2
- Work in collaboration with maintenance engineering function with infrastructure improvements and changes to existing systems in support of CR4 and MP2 development. Such as but not limited to CCA, HVAC, BMS, EMS, LN2 and CO2 systems.
- Support & Manage Project and QMS Change Controls
- Attend FAT’s for process and facility equipment involved in Capital expansion projects
- Support in the transition from construction and commissioning activities into Validation team
Qualifications - Degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline– Level 8 desirable
- Junior to intermediate level Project Engineer/ Project Manager with experience in managing cross functional teams, delivering complex Manufacturing Facility and processing projects, in a highly automated GMP production environment
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage and execute projects from initiation to completion
- Full project lifecycle experience from end to end design through to C&Q and handover
- Understands project management process; programming, scope development, design development, implementation and project closeout
- Excellent communication / organisation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation from project teams to site leadership team
- Execution/adherence – demonstrated record of on time delivery
- Demonstrable record of delivering right first time handover of documentation.
- Ability to work with end user on developing operating procedures, maintenance & calibration plans,
- Strong competency in CMMS systems, preferably Maximo
- Strong computer MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Experience using SAP and budgeting tools
