An exciting opportunity has come up to join a leading lifestyle retailer in one of their busy locations. This is a great opportunity to lead and motivate a talented team to achieve great results for the business. As a store manager, you will play a valuable part in the business, supporting and developing a team of sales assistants and assistant manager to hit key KPIs. You will manage full P&L of store, as well looking after back of house operations including loss prevention and, health and safety. You will work on personal development plans across the team, as well as look at any HR issues. You will manage store walks with the area manager and any head office visits. To be successful in this role you will have previous store management experience, and have a commercial eye. You will be a manager who leads from the front, able to inspire and motivate the team. In return there is a great salary up to £39,000 plus bonus potential. You will also be entitled to bonus, and great well being benefits. The retailer prides itself on looking after its staff, looking at development, but also does great work with charities too.
