The Role:
- Provide comprehensive service to clients and account executives, including quotations, adjustments, renewals, and claims processing for all commercial insurance classes.

- Broker new business, negotiate with underwriters, and offer risk management advice.
- Support less experienced staff with technical and underwriting expertise.
The Person:
- Professional qualifications in CII or actively pursuing them.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable and collaborative, with strong organizational abilities.
- Knowledgeable in policy terms, insurance market trends, and relevant laws.
