Our client is an emerging UK practice, combining landscape architecture, urban design, and masterplanning within a BIM environment.
This consultancy works with a variety of professionals, including Architects, Contractors, Developers, Local Authorities, and Estate Teams.
Established in 2010, this practice has become reputable for its high-quality work; using technology to create meaningful landscapes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join a growing team. Working out of their Newcastle studio this role will evolve to include involvement in more commercial aspects of the business.
This opportunity is great for someone who is looking to evolve within their role. It offers excellent opportunities for development.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Landscape Architecture, with a wide portfolio across a range of projects and CMLI membership.
A degree and / or relevant qualification in Landscape Architecture.
You will be able to think both creatively and commercially to be able to lead on projects and evolve with this position. Relevant skills include teamwork, communication and problem solving.
Your experience will include design and project management, business development and u se of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch-up. Experience of supervising / managing teams would be advantageous.
You must hold a Full UK Driving License.
