The Group Manager will lead a team of circa. 15 people, locally within our Guildford highways team and as part of our attached Highways iCRC team. The Group Manager will work alongside our existing offices in the region and is responsible for the development and operational performance of your team, as part of the wider cost centre to meet regional budget targets and deliver projects. We support both public sector and private sector clients and this role will support major commissions, including Sizewell C, Scheme Delivery Framework schemes and other Local Authority Frameworks, such as Hampshire and Kent.
