About Our Client

The HR team plays a pivotal role in shaping the company culture and supporting a dynamic team. As an Senior HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders of technology, operational, and central services teams, providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, skills development, conduct, capability, attendance, and people policy issues.

Job Description

• Provide advice and coaching to line managers on HR matters.
• Complex ER Casework
• Work with technology, operational, and central services teams on performance management, skills development, and more.
• Support the wider business on all HR related matters
• Contribute to project teams, focusing on people work streams and enhancing people processes and engagement.
• Lead the way in Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Looking for a proactive and agile HR professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment. You should be ready to take ownership of your HR workload, working with minimal supervision. To succeed in this Senior HR Advisor, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience in HR with CIPD certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong operational HR experience, including complex case management and people management practice.
• Experience in delivering Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace.
• Experience working with IT, Internet and new media teams is a plus.

What's on Offer

Offering a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days per week working in their Milton Keynes offices. The role is open to part or full time working with flexible working available, including fully funded regional travel to other sites on a rare and preplanned occasion.
