IT Support Technician – Office based (Surrey) – up to £45k
Are you an experienced support Technician who is looking for a new challenge?
Pearson Carter is working with an MSP based in Surrey, who is looking to grow their team.
We are looking for an IT Support Technician, to provide face to face and remote support to their customers. Within this role you will provide support and manage customer expectations as well. You will be supporting and monitoring tickets, identify and maintain the customer systems, make sure the work is recorded through the Service Desk, maintain an understanding of tools like PSA, Service Desk and RMM.
Also, you will attend regular meetings with the rest of the team to ensure everyone is supported within the team. The working culture is great, and you will join a very friendly team.

Salary:
This is a permanent position and offers £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
Location:
The client has got an office in Surrey and this position is office based.
