About the Role: We are excited to welcome a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Tower Hamlets. As a crucial member of our Early Years provision, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to young learners.
Key Responsibilities: - Early Years Education: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that contribute to the development of essential early years skills.
- Child Development: Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the holistic development of children.
- Observation and Assessment: Carry out regular observations and assessments to track each child's progress and tailor activities accordingly.
- Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development and encouraging involvement in the learning process.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Early Years team to create a cohesive and enriching curriculum.
Requirements: - Qualifications: Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
- Experience: Have practical experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Passion for Early Years Education: Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
- Support with nappy changing needs
