Marketing ExecutiveWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:My industry leading, award winning client is looking for a curious and creative Marketing Executive to join their marketing team in Surrey. The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Marketing Manager and the team around you,. You will be a creative, organised and self-motivated individual, who loves working alongside a great team and across the full marketing mix of channels.THE ROLE:* Help deliver audience development plans and ensure marketing communications accurately reflect event positioning and key messaging. Collate and write our outbound reach to customers. Good communication and writing skills are imperative.* Execute the marketing campaigns and report on effectiveness and results, ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.* Drive the creative/design process for marketing material. This includes the update and development of existing materials, plus the creation of new material in line with the marketing strategy.* Work closely with the sales team to create sales campaigns, focused on both new client growth and increased client retention. This includes messaging to drive revenue across all products, such as digital, sponsorships, and future revenue opportunities.* Regularly review marketing plan, response rates/KPI’s, attendee demographics, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate.* Collaborate with partners to develop integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies and compelling materials for all revenue streams across live and digital products.* Oversee and execute community-building and social media strategies that drive engagement, interaction, and brand affinity and could improve the audience experience.* Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested.ABOUT YOU:* Experience working as a Marketing Executive or experienced Marketing Assistant in a similar fast-paced environment.* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to produce creative and well-thought-out marketing plans.* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them on time and on budget.* Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. experience working with CRM and CMS platforms, databases, social media tools, email marketing and marketing automation software).* Experience working with the fundamentals of digital marketing and being able to apply digital principles to campaigns effectively.* Have something to teach us about social media or new digital marketing tools.* Hold grace under pressure.* Exceptional attention to detail – in the events world, little things matter.* Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours as needed around key show times.* Get on well with people from all walks of life (and the ability to network and make new friends).* Ambition to develop your marketing career.This role is hybrid – office 3 days a week – home 2.If the above sounds like you, do not hesitate to apply now!
