Job description

First Call Contract Services are recruiting for Royal Mail Delivery Drivers, operating in the Southport area.

Shifts: Up to 6 days a week | 1pm-7pm | Sundays mandatory

Pay: Monday to Sunday 13.37 per hour, bank holidays 18.44 per hour. Weekly Paid.

Contract: Flexible, Ongoing

Job Duties

• Spend first hour sorting mail for your route
• Using Royal Mail van to complete your round and mail deliveries
• Use hand-held device to get customer signatures
• The device will help you choose the best route to complete your route in roughly 4 hours

What we require from you:

• Self motivated
• Happy to work alone and also in a team getting to know your team
• Face customers in a friendly and upbeat manner
• Able to work flexible hours throughout the week, Mon-Sun
• Happy to be out in all weathers, rain or sun!

Some experience in a customer facing role would be ideal.

Requirements:

• Full UK Manual licence (in your current address)
• No more than 6 points
