Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Facilities Assistant
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Facilities Assistant in the Asset and Regeneration Team. The post will be based at Greengates House in Stanley with regular travel to our Gosforth office required, this role is a permanent full time position.
About the role
The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for delivering a high quality first point of contact colleague and customer experience, whilst also supporting the Facilities Manager.
About you
The successful candidate will have experience in a facilities background or similar environment and experience of reception cover in a busy office, a keen eye for detail, be part of regular building audits and assist with monitoring Facilities Inbox and replying to queries.

- Facilities Assistant – permanent role (office based)
- Salary is £22,203 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2152 per annum
- Location: Greengates House, Stanley, regular travel will be required
- 37 hours per week
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
