Temporary Administrator

Prestwich, Greater Manchester

£11.50 per hour

Monday-Thursday: 9am-5.30pm

Friday: 9am-1.30pm

Starting: ASAP - ongoing role

You must hold a valid DBS Check!

Office Angels are supporting a fantastic organisation within the non-for-profit sector based in Prestwich who require a temporary administrator.

You must be able to multitask a variety of administration duties, be articulate and confident on the phone and proactive!

The day to duties:

• Filing


• Meeting and greeting


• Ordering stock/supplies


• Inputting data


• Diary management


• Emails


• Phone Calls


• General Adhoc tasks
