Working with this long established national direct contractor you will be highly rewarded for your skills, background and knowledge within Passive Fire Protection.
As our leading supervisor primarily working within the Passive Fire environment you will be responsible for supervising all PFP works within your given site operations. Having previous knowledge of Passive Fire Protection you will have a good understanding of both FIRAS and BM Trada standards and specification. As a highly reputable business we registered with both governing bodies.
- With the ability to work on multiple workstreams
- Ensure the smooth operation of a designated site
- Supervise site personnel (inc. sub contractors)
- Ensure all site personnel carry out their designated tasks efficiently and effectively to enable the contract to be completed on time, with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to the Health & Safety of their operational team, the client or the general public. Act as the Customer Service Champion on site
- Supervise the site to ensure it complies with Legal and Statutory requirements
- Supervise the site to ensure it complies with Health, Safety and Welfare requirements.
- Support management in meeting the business needs
- Attend / control meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers when necessary
- Ensure appearances and actions are professional and reflect the the company image
- Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a trade background, ideally with Joinery, that can cover a full fire protection division role.
- A successful candidate will need to provide evidence of qualifications and training, NVQ or time served
- Previously supervised a team of door /fire stopping installers
- Must be experienced in working in the Social Housing/Health/Hotel/High street sector
- A Full UK driving license is essential
