Job description
Our client, a growing FMCG business in Manchester are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller. This role will support the CFO and manage a global Finance function and will suit someone with atleast 5 years' post qualified experience, with a background in FMCG/Consumer Goods or Manufacturing. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a strong CFO and progression opportunities. Hybrid working on offer.

Salary from 65,000
Responsibilities:
– Management of global finance function, team total of 10
– Preparation of consolidated month end accounts
– Oversight of all statutory accounts, audits and tax filings
– Review of month end balance sheet reconciliations
– Review of intercompany accounting and reconciliatons
– Ownership of FP&A, including assisting with preparation of annual budgets, completion of monthly forecasts and supporting sales teams with commercial proposals and pricing
– Business partnering with logistics, procurement, production and supply chain
Requirements:
– ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified – minimum of 5 years PQE
– FMCG/Consumer Goods or Manufacturing experience
– Cost accounting experience
– Experience of working in an international environment
– Multicurrency consolidations experience
– Exposure to IFRS
