Role: Service Technician (Engineer)
Location: Dorset

Salary / Rate of pay: £32,000

The role does cover a wide geographical area including the following:

• Bournemouth
• Portsmouth
• Southampton
• Brighton
• Dorset
• Exeter
• Plymouth
• Torquay
• Truro

As such, there will be occasional overnight stays due to distance and work in the area - paid for by the company of course.

What's involved?

Duties will include:

• Installation of equipment
• Replenishing existing customers
• Completion of service notes and relevant paperwork
• Maintaining diaries
• Customer liaison and care
• Advising on appropriate scent delivery equipment for environment
• Travel nationwide

You must:

• Be well presented
• Be able to communicate well in face-to-face situations and over the telephone
• Be reliable and flexible
• Hold a clean driving licence
• Competent with power tools, working at height and installations
• Comfortable using Android/Apple Smart phone and tablet
