Boundary Outlet is a privately owned, successful retail company with 5 stores across the UK with plans to expand. We have a unique market differentiation in that we give major retail brands the opportunity to clear their excess stocks in fashion, accessories and home at discounted prices.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a key role, managing the Warehouse, Maintenance and Security teams, reporting to the General Manager.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Walsall Store Warehouse and Facilities, and Security Department.
Your key areas of focus will be:
About You
You will have previous experience at a supervisory level as you will be responsible for various departments, and you should be able to demonstrate effective people management skills, have confidence to deal diplomatically, politely and courteously with the general public, colleagues and any other visitors to the store. Strive to achieve excellent customer service at all times.
