Business Development Manager
Property Investment
£28,000 to £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Uncapped earnings – OTE £80,000
Billericay
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (with flexibility)

Our client is a leading property investment provider based in Billericay Essex. They seek an experienced Business Development Manager to take their business to the next level.

The Role:

• B2B sales
• Generating own leads as well as working from the company database
• Networking and arranging client meetings
• Researching similar companies to introduce your products
• Good understanding of property investment
• Retain/manage existing accounts
• Up-selling to maximise sales

The Person:

• Confident, dedicated, enthusiastic & motivated
• Confident to ask for the business and close deals
• Understanding of digital currency and tokenisation
• A strategic planner
• Perfect time management
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise workload
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• An additional language would be advantageous

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm but you must have the flexibility when needed to secure the business and close the deals.£28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience + commission with uncapped earnings £80,000 OTE.This role is office-based unless you are out on client meetings. There is on-site parking available.
