Create have teamed up with an incredible British Heritage brand who happens to be one of the worlds largest luxury fashion houses. They are currently searching for a Art Director to help out with displaying their luxury goods, digitally.

Job Description:

Working as part of the burgeoning Brand team, the Art Director will have social first thinking and impeccable conceptual skills that will create engaging content. This role requires a sensibility for the fashion aesthetic and a good understanding of the luxury industry and the impact of digital in this space. This role will be largely involved in concepting and executions of social strategy with a laser focus on content for Instagram.
The Art Director will be Creatively led, strategically driven and a true partner to the Social Marketing team. Someone with the ambition to create game changing work for Burberry and the creative industry as a whole.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead with pioneering social first ideas, consistently seeking to push the creative for each project.
• Research and propose collaborators and concepts for seasonal and non-seasonal content, presenting ideas to peers and senior members of the team.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from briefing to shoot production to post-production and delivery
• Collaborating with production and post-production teams, ensuring that you are conscious of timelines.
• Collaborating with external suppliers, partners and agencies to ensure consistent quality, overseeing creative for bespoke social moments and collaborations
• Working with the brand art direction team to oversee any additional bespoke social capture as part of the regular marketing campaigns.
• Staying on top of trends on content, the use of the platforms and new technologies in order to deliver an unmatched social experience that merges innovation, brand exploration and product storytelling.
• Working with the social teams on advance flighting of future content

About you:

• Experience of concepting and execution of a range of creative projects.
• An established body of work that demonstrates an understanding on the social media landscape, creating compelling still and motion content with excellent craft skills and a sensibility for the fashion aesthetic.
• Strong photographic aesthetic and discerning eye for detail.
• Good communication, collaborative skills and calm under pressure
• Creative flair, originality and a strong artistic sense.
• Excellent research and connecting skills. Awareness of current creative trends and innovations.
• Confident, energetic with a pro-active positive attitude and the ability to work under tight timelines.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro essential).
