Location: Plymouth
Our client, a distinguished and well-established law firm based in Plymouth, is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload including Partnership/Company Disputes, Professional Negligence, landlord and tenant matters.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to SME clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Actively participate in networking events to contribute to business development.
- Demonstrate technical skills in dispute resolution matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years PQE in Dispute Resolution.
- Strong litigation skills with experience in various litigated matters.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Ambition and desire to develop a personal client portfolio.
