Plumber

Salary: £18.00 - £20.21 per hour
We are looking for a Plumber to join the team and help maintain and improve affordable homes across East London.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all aspects of responsive and planned plumbing repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties
- Installing pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
- Repairing and maintaining plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains.
- Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
- Bathroom installations
- Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Plumbing
- Basic DBS Check
